While it’s not the clearest shot, this article from a German magazine says that this is the Lexus IS Convertible caught testing with a very odd group of men surrounding it. According to a posting on Club Lexus by member GFerg:

This short article claims it will be available with engines ranging from 177- to 423-horsepower. So I gather that means an IS220d, IS250, IS350 (US perhaps) and IS-F Convertible. The car should be ready by about 2009.

We’ve previously reported that an IS coupe will be added in mid-2008 as a 2009 model. However, the convertible had been pushed back to the summer of 2009 due to plans to engineer a hardtop convertible instead of a softtop. As you can see from the picture, it seems like the hardtop is well in the works.
