Their customer service sucks and their vehicles are truly glorified Hondas. There's little to no reason to buy a TL over the new Accord. God help you if you ever have a problem that requires you to contact Acura/Honda corporate, you'll get a middle finger through the receiver. Acura plain sucks. They need to revamp their whole design philosophy and shift from the economic focus of Honda to an aggressive luxury, which they ALWAYS fail. Their best car was an Acura Vigor...in 1991!!
