Lucky Europeans: Chrysler reveals 300C SRT diesel

Chrysler 300C SRT Diesel

The Europeans get lucky once again. Chrysler announced today that it will start selling a 300C SRT in Europe, a V6 diesel 300C variant with the SRT’s good looks. And while Europeans may be disappointed that they don’t get a 425hp HEMI to go crazy with, we are still jealous of them getting all the diesel coolness.

Power comes from a 3.0 liter V6 diesel engine that produces 218 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque, which is more than enough power to play around with.

The Chrysler 300C SRT diesel is a part of the mid-life facelift for the 300C with a new rear end including new taillamps and a bootlid spoiler. On the inside the Chrysler 300C gets an upgraded instrument panel and extra LED lights for an interior ambiance.

Standard on the 300C SRT diesel is Chrysler’s new touchscreen navigation and a 20GB hard drive. Yeah, we can only cross our fingers for something this hot and green on the stateside.
