BMW has launched its X6 microsite with a couple of new hot photos of the SAC (Sports Activity Coupe) and it’s only right that we bring them to you to drool over and add them to our already massive X6 gallery. The site also confirms that the X6 will go on sale in Germany on May 31, 2008. An official US launch date is yet to be announced.

    I still do not see the point of this car. Its powerful and hence has a great 0-60, but only for a SUV. As an SUV its inherently not sporty, and not to friendly on the roads.

    BMW would had to of made great strides to just make this car handle within a mile of a actual “car,” and its going to have worse mileage, worse performance, and due to lack of a low range transfer case not be as good off-road as a Land Rover.

    What a waste of time.
