		<description>Why is everyone scared of CAFE 35? That just means over the next 10 years manufacturers have to stop focusing on power output and on fuel economy. If you look at the way technology has moved since the early nineties, its been all about power: if they had moved in the direction of suppling better economy we wouldn&#039;t even blink at CAFE now. So rather than focus on more output (cars move speedier now than ever), just focus on new fuel economy technology.</description>
