After Playboy names the “2008 Cars of the Year” here comes another porn-industry article for today. Toyota’s Washington, DC based attorney has sent a ‘cease-and-desist’ letter to EBoy’s Studio, whose pornographic film features a named “Lexus.” Toyota has told the company to “immediately and permanently cease all use of the name Lexus” in its gay-themed adult films, or face legal action from Toyota.

EBoys president says that the performer was named “Lexus” after the name of Greek god and has no relation to the Toyota’s premium car company. Daniel Grangier, president of EBoys Studio, says that his attornies are ”now in negotiation with Toyota’s legal team.”

He said the EBoys will try to refrain from recalling of two films starring the actor named Lexus.
