The Eco-Friendly City Swing – a hybrid motorbike cab type thing

The City Swing, a hybrid motorbike cab, provides a fun yet eco-friendly way of getting around the city. Breugel calls it “a more sustainable alternative for a fast and flexible travel.” The green color of the City Swing shows that it’s a more eco-friendly way to travel rather than catching a yellow cab.
Seating for more than three people, including the driver, the City Swing is powered by bio-fuel or electricity. Traveling in bus-only lanes, the motorbike cab gets you to your destination faster while throwing out fewer emissions than yellow taxi cabs.
We’re just wondering about all the safety regulations involved with this idea. And what happens when the weather isn’t your best friend?
