Spy Shots: BMW X6 Spotted in White
The Jalops over at Jalopnik received some spy shots from a visitor of the new BMW X6 going under some highway testing in South Carolina. The visitor spotted the SUV or SAV, or whatever you want to call it on I-75 south and I-640 east at 5 pm on Friday.
When the production version hits dealers in mid-2008, expect engine sizes to be similar to the BMW X5 with a 3.0 liter petrol and diesel, as well as a 4.8 liter V8 355 horsepower range topper. The car will go into production next year at BMW”s Spartanburg, South Carolina plant.
BMW has said that most of what we saw in the BMW Concept X6 will be carried over to the production model.
