BMW to get Brembo braking system

So you thought the Lexus IS-F may have just one up on the BMW M3 with its Brembo brakes? In a very short and non-informative article by Reuters, the news king reports that Brembo today said that it has started supplying braking systems to BMW.

Oh yes, the ‘Ultimate Driving Machine just got more ultimate.

Of course we don’t expect the Brembo braking system to find its way on regular BMW models. But expect them to be featured on all ‘M’ models from here on forth.

BMW’s are already some of the braked cars in the world, I hate to think they felt necessary to compete with a Japanese company by offering Brembos. Japanese cars are usually underbraked compared to their Teutonic competition.

My ’07 335i brakes better than my Dad’s ’05 M3. No Brembos required.
