Infiniti G35 navigation scores highest in J.D. Power survey

Infiniti owners have reported the highest satisfaction levels in the industry for the company’s navigation system in the G35. According to J.D. Power and Associates spokesman Mike Marshall, the Xanavi system “scored rather well on ease-of-use and speed, the time it takes to calculate a route, recalculate a route or find an address.”

Marshall says that the reason the Infiniti G35 navigation system scored the highest could be due to the 9.5-gigabye hard drive that allows the Xanavi system to calculate routes faster or it could be because luxury car owners are better educated on how to use the system.

J.D. Power surveyed manufacturer-installed navigation systems of about 68 different cars for its 2007 Navigation Usage and Satisfaction Study.
