Spy Shots: Chevrolet Camaro Test Mule in the States

For the first time ever, spies have caught a Camaro test mule in the United States. While most of the testing is being done in Australia under the body of a Chevrolet Lumina SS, this is the first time anyone has spotted the 2009 Camaro on U.S. soil.

As you can see from the images, the test mule only has two real doors, with the rear-doors being used as camouflage. Under the camouflage is the chassis and drivertrain for the new 2009 Chevrolet Camaro.

The 2009 Chevrolet Camaro is expected to get a 3.6 liter V6, a V8 and range topper developing close to 500 horsepower.

Head over to Jalopnik for the full shots.
