I have mixed opinions about limiting top end speed of cars. It makes sense, but it would still suck. If the government really wants to enforce speed limits then whey do they allow cars to be sold that can go over the max speed limits? You wouldn’t have to worry about anyone speeding on freeways, just on side streets. The government would have a huge decrees in speeding ticket fines $$$, but the roads would be safer and our police officers could be dealing with more important issues. They could just program cars to only be able to go up to 75mph (which would suck, but it makes sense) and if they want to race they could go to a track where the limit could be changed.

its really not that complicated. Its like selling water guns with built in rocket launchers and then telling people after they buy it they cant use the rocket launcher.???! it doesn’t make sense.
