Spy Shots: 2008 Honda Accord Sedan in black

The 2008 Honda Accord sedan was caught by spies driving down the streets in Santa Monica, California. From these spy shots, you can see that the overall shape of the 2008 Honda Accord sedan doesn’t seem all that different from the photo renderings we’ve seen before (shown below), nonetheless it does look a lot less aggressive and sporty.

While Honda is working on its new Accord, other cars in its class, like the Toyota Camry, are enjoying boomin sales. Toyota”s new Camry has been accepted by sports sedan lovers and the hybrid version is being applauded by enviromentally concious drivers. Also, competition from the new Nissan Altima (with a coupe version on the way) gives the new Honda Accord a lot to live up to.

    I thought that the photo rendering was of the Acura TSX (US) / Honda Accord Euro (Europe/Aus). I would not buy the black Accord pictured, however if the photo rendering came to life as the Accord Euro/TSX, i’d be at the dealership on day 1.
