Forbes did some digging through the Consumer Reports, Department of Transportation, Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) and the Highway Loss Data Institute (HLDI), and created their list of the top 20 safest cars of 2007. Spy Shots: 2009 Cadillac CTS-V to get 500 horsepower
