While the Volt may not be the "always" the most practical solution, it is nevertheless an apt choice for shorter distanced travel. Much of the worst gas mileage occurs in city driving. Since many households are two family households, the Volt may be a novel solution to an otherwise desparate solution for positive change. I am very interested in the concept of the Volt.
