ABT unveils supercharged Audi R8

ABT Sportsline has unveiled their new supercharged Audi R8 increasing horsepower by 110. ABT added a supercharger to the Audi R8’s 4.2 liter V8 engine giving it the ability to produce 530 horsepower and 0-60 mph time of 3.9 seconds. The ABT Audi R8 also gets an aerodynamics package that will increase downforce to improve balance of the front and rear axis.

Design wise the ABT Audi R8 gets a new front bumper, new sideblades and side skirts, carbon-fiber panels, a new rear bumbper with four exhaust tail pipes and a rear diffuser and a rear wing to top it off. The car rides on 20 inch BR wheels and an adjustable sports suspension.

The car will be officially unveiled at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show.
