While many don’t expect much from Pontiac besides the Solstice, visitors to the 2007 New York Auto Show were definetly doing a double take when they passed the G8. The Pontiac G8 sports sedan is based on the new Zeta rear wheel platform, which will also be seen on the 2009 Camaro. The base model of the car will have a 3.6 liter V6 engine with 261 horsepower while the higher GT model will have a 6.0 liter V8 which will produce 362 horsepower.
