
Land Rover was awarded the ’Best Small SUV’ award at the 2007 Fleet News Award over the BMW X3, Hyundai Santa Fe and the Toyota Rav4. At the award ceremony, that took place last night, Land Rover’s Freelander 2 was presented with the award over its comeptitors. The Land Rover Freelander 2 has a 3.2 liter inline-6 engine that produces 233 horsepower.
Land Rover was also nominated in two other manufacturer categories, with its Range Rover for ‘Best Luxury Car’ and both Discovery 3 and Range Rover Sport for ‘Best Large SUV’.
