Alfa Romeo has teased the American market for some time now just hinting that they will be showing up here on our highways anytime now. Most of us have been waiting eagerly, but now we have official word from Alfa Romeo’s boss, Sergio Marchionne, CEO of Alfa’s parent company, Fiat. Concerning Alfar Romeo’s debut in the United States, Marchionne said ”It’s coming.”
Automotive News reports Marchionne saying that Alfa will debut in the United States in late 2008, with a vehicle that hasn’t been shown yet. Can we please have the Alfa Romeo Competizione 8C and Alfa 8C Spider?
