Louis Vuitton to Buy Aston Martin

Hmm, all we thought when we read this was will Aston Martin cars have Louis Vuitton leather seats from now on? MarketWatch of Dow Jones is reporting that AutoBild will report this Friday that Louis Vuitton is set to buy the Aston Martin Brand from Ford. The report said that Ford will have a 15% stake in the European brand as far as financial details go. Louis Vuitton has declined to comment on the report.

Aston Martin also appointed a new Head of Product Communications and Motorsport today, giving the title to David King. David King has 12 years of experience in engineering at Aston Martin.
