Honda is increasing its sales forecast in North America for the fiscal year that ends March 31st. Automotive News is reporting that Honda now predicts it will sell 1,785,000 cars and trucks in North America this fiscal year, up from 1,780,000 that it forecast on October 26th, 2006.

Honda also announced today that it had a seventh consecutive all-time record for consolidated net sales and revenue for the fiscal third quarter due to increased sales revenue in all business areas.
