New York getting first robotic parking garage New York City will be getting its first robotic parking garage in Chinatown next month. The robotic parking garage is designed by Automotion Parking System (the US subsidiary of Germany’s Stolzer Parkhaus, which has built automated garages in several countries overseas) and is being counted on to fit at least 67 cars in an apartment building basement. Parking rates will be competitive running to about $400 monthly or $25 per day.
