Mazda and Honda Top the Reliability Survey

Mazda and Honda came out on top in a recent survey conducted by Warranty Direct, which stated Mazda and Honda cars suffer fewer mechanical faults than any other automaker. The survey was based on 450,000 cars from 33 automakers. Only 8.04% of Mazdas, between three and nine years old, were found to have mechanical failures making Mazda number one in reliability followed by Honda which had a rate of 8.90%. Infact the top three auto manufacturers that were found to be most reliablie were Asian automakers including Toyota. Of course, American cars were at the bottom of the list with mostly GM made cars.
