Mercedes Benz will be showing off its new Vision GL 420 BLUETEC concept at Detroit this month demonstrating a high-performance SUV that offers efficient fuel consumption. The Mercedes Benz Vision GL 420 BLUETEC concept has a V8 diesel that gives it 290 horsepower with 515 lb-ft of torque. The SUV with 9.8 liters of fuel gets 24 mpg with a 600 mile range on a full tank.
