Top Gear decided to take a look at the threat from other countries on British rear-wheel V8 muscle cars. Australia sent them a Vauxhall Monaro VXR and the US sent them a Chrysler 300C. So what did was the British answer to the threat? A Jaguar S Type R. Watch the two part video after the jump.

The 300c was not a good comparison with those other two cars. NOW the 300CSRT8 would have but we know the brits are biased and want america to finish last, first off the price point of the other two cars 44000 pounds and 35000 pounds leads to more of the 300SRT8 35000 pounds than to the 300c 29000 pounds but hey why would the brits be fair and compare a car thats on equal terms. I thought Top Gear was supposed to be an unbiased mag or at least attempt to be. Now lets look at HP the 300C 330hp (euro) Vauxhall 385 hp and the jag 400 now the 300CSRT8 420 euro yeah and price the 300CSRT8 is Still the cheapest but dont get me to Showing the truth thats what TOP GEAR IS supposed to do. lol
