Fiat has announced that the new 2008 Alfa Romeo Junior will be produced at the Turinese plant in Mirafiori. The 2008 Alfa Romeo Junior is based on the Fiat Grande Punto and is expected to have a 1.8 liter four-cylinder turbo engine that will push 230 horsepower. Wow, what a corker! Please export it to NZ. With the GT, new Brera, the 159 and the up and coming 8C, Alfa are at the top of my most ‘desirable’ manufacturers.
I just wish they’d send over a few of their designer’s to the parent company FIAT. They could do with a helping hand. Only the new Bravo looks half decent. With the exception of the new Grande Punto, the rest of the present range is bland.
