Lexus will be badging its new performance vehicles with an F (stands for Fast, which we think is really creative…cough) on the trunk to represent its new performance division that will compete with AMG and M around the world. The first car to get F’ed up is the new IS sedan that will have a 5 liter V8 engine producing around 425 horsepower. It will compete head-to-head with the new M3 expected to launch 2007. Other vehicles expected to get F’ed up are the GS and the IS coupe.
