Oh my…I’m on the fence right now. I currently own a 97 Civic LX. I’m ready to buy! I’ve got the TSX, current Accord coupe, and the Altima on my list. I can’t wait to see what this 08 Accord sedan looks like. If it looks anything like the rendering (remember people, it’s a RENDERING), SIGN ME UP!

Okay. I’ve seen this photo going around, and frankly, I’m not believing this will be the appearance of the ’08 sedan. It looks too short and stubby. There are sites on-line that show a different concept that looks like a stretched version of the current Civic, and I find that more believable

I leased my first Honda Accord in 2005 and wrecked it…a total loss. I went back and leased a 2006 Honda Accord because I was amazed at how the Accord held up in the crash. At the dealership, the sales manager informed me that the 2008 would have a whole new body style and feature BlueTooth. I can’t wait until the 08 is released because I will be turning my lease in early to lease the 08. The new design is very similar to the Acura TL and will cost less than the TL. EXCELLENT JOB, HONDA!!!!

Uhh, what?

First, why do you “need” a V6? Isn’t the car wrapped around the engine just as important?

Second, if you are enough of a driving enthusiast to “need” a V6, why the Solara? The car’s like rolling novacaine. That’s like an offroader picking a CR-V for rockcrawling. Does not compute.

I find it hard to believe that someone would test drive a Civic Coupe…that has a nearly 40mpg 4 cylinder and expect it to perform like a V6. A Solara V6 can’t be compared to a Civic Coupe as they are two very different cars. The Solara was a waste of your $.

yea, right…You don’t topple years of success, with one car design. I like the way the new Honda Civic coupe looks..it’s hot. I like the way the dashboard makes you feel like you’re in a jet, but for the most part…I need a V6..I test drove a Civic coupe..but went with the toyota solara v6. The way the current Accord looks, I’d never buy one.

Both the accord sedan and coupe concepts are cool. I hope the actual production somewhat mirrors them.
I have the new civic coupe and am very pleased with it.

This is an amazing concept. If this concept makes it to production in any form as this picture it will blow away the sales of Camry. It has accents of the Acura TL and lines of the Pontiac G6. I think Honda has made an amazing concept vehicle that if put into production near this form at all, it will have astronomical sales worldwide.
