Nissan Advertises Concept Cars in Japanese-Anime Movie

Tom Cruise drove a Lexus in Minority Report, Will Smith an Audi in iRobot, Angelina Jolie drove around in a Land Rover in Lara Croft: Tom Raider and now Nissan is also looking to advertise their concept cars in the new upcoming Japanese-Anime movie called Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex – Solid State Society. In this big-budget Japanese-Anime movie Section 9 operatives drive an animated version of the Nissan Sport Concept and the Infiniti Kuraza.

The Ghost in the Shell anime series is based on the graphic novel of the same title by Shirow Masamune. The novel was animated for movie theaters in 1995 by director Mamoru Oshii, and reached No. 1 on the Billboard U.S. video chart the following year.
