
Audi today unveiled the Q7 V12 TDI with an engine that produces 500 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque giving it the ability to do 0-62 in 5.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 155 mph. The engine is pretty close to the one featured in the R10 Le Mans racing car and is the world’s first 2000 bar Bosch Common Rail system. The 2007 Audi Q7 V12 TDI also has a 60 degrees shaped cylinder angle unlike the traditional V shape. The car has a fuel consumption of 20 mpg.
