A UK based company called Green Fuels has figured out a way to make your car run on cheaper fuel while still boosting your power. Its matchbox-sized gadget, called the Fullflex Gold Bi-Fuel Manager, plugs into your fuel hungry car’s ECU and takes a well trained mechanic about an hour to fit. Green Fuels’ Fullflex Gold Bi-Fuel Manager allows your car to run on E85 bio-ethanol, normal unleaded or any mix of the two. Its costs £450 and is available from Green Fuels.

I thought most recent gas engines could already run using ethanol mixed in with the gas.

Doesnt E85 get worse gass milage than regular gas? I read in consumer reports that E85 gets about 30% less mpg than regular. They also said that most ethenol these days is corn based which cost something like 4 bucks a gallon! If this is true why would anyone want this?
Does anyone know how much E85 costs? and what kind of mpg it gets?
