Porsche said today that the new 2007 Boxster S will get more power with a new 3.4 liter engine that produces 15 more horsepower at 295 hp. The base Boxster will only get five more horsepower at 245 hp. Of course for the extra horsepower you’ll have to pay the extra price with the Boxster S priced at $55,500, up from $54,700 for the 2006 model and $45,600 for the base Boxster, up from $45,000. There will also be new options including a Sports Chrono Package.
