The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration decided to give Ferrari a break on the airbag rules for the 430. The US government had banned sales on the Ferrari 430 after the 2006 model due to the interior design that didn’t provide sufficient protection for women and children in abnormal seating positions. But now the NHTSA has decided to give the 2007 model of the Ferrari 430 and Ferrari will not have to comply with the regulations.
